What does the death of a person on Easter or Easter week mean: signs and beliefs

Easter or Bright Sunday of Christ is a celebration of the victory of life over death. Therefore, if a relative died on Easter, the rules are followed. In the Old Believer tradition, the dead are not buried on Easter week, and Catholics wait until the first day after the holiday week. The procedure will be told by a representative of the church to which the person belonged during his lifetime. Relatives follow the advice they receive if they do not want to incur the wrath of higher powers.

What the Holy Scriptures say and why you shouldn’t take superstitions seriously

Holy Week is the strictest period of Lent, when it is customary to pray for human passions. It follows Palm Sunday and precedes Easter. According to legend, it was this week that Jesus Christ died and subsequently resurrected. This is why many Christians think that dying during these 7 days means something.

Nowhere in the Bible does it say that a person who dies during Holy Week is guaranteed to go to Heaven or Hell. All that Scripture says is that nothing unclean will enter the Kingdom of God. Only those who have repented, cleansed themselves and filled their souls with grace come to Paradise. In accordance with the text of the Holy Scriptures, the Lord said: “Whatever I find, that is what I will judge.”

Death during Lent does not automatically make the soul of the deceased pure. If a drunkard, murderer or rapist died on Maundy Thursday without repenting during his lifetime, this does not mean that they will inherit the Kingdom of God. Those. death during Holy Week cannot be considered an indulgence from sins. No one can enter Paradise just like that.

Easter joy for everyone - for us and the celestials

– Is there any patristic interpretation regarding what the souls of the dead experience on Easter? What does our funeral prayer give them during Lent?

– In the Trebnik (the book of a clergyman, where the rites of prayers, consecrations, etc. are placed), before the rite of burial of the deceased on Easter days, an explanation is given, which, I think, will be the best answer to your question. Let me quote this extensive quote translated into modern language:

“You need to know that if someone dies on Easter or on any day of Easter week, then during his burial most of the usual hymns about the deceased are omitted for the sake of the greatness and honor of the solemn holiday of the Resurrection, for this is a holiday of triumph and joy, and not sorrow . And therefore, by singing over the dead on Easter Sunday, the Church proclaims that all who die in the Risen Christ, with the hope of resurrection and eternal life, through Christ’s Resurrection pass from the sorrows of this world to triumph and joy. Through abbreviated singing, litanies and prayers laid over the dead, it is announced that the deceased in repentance, although he did not atone for his sins with virtues, they are forgiven through the prayers of the Church, and he is freed from sinful bonds.” I think that many of those deceased, for whom their relatives prayed throughout Lent with all zeal, love and hope, fulfilling church instructions and performing works of mercy, on Bright Easter night will be able, together with the entire Church - both earthly and heavenly - to rejoice over joy of the Resurrection of Christ.

The meaning of superstitions: what will happen to the soul if you die on Strastnaya

There are many superstitions associated with the death of a person (especially a child) during Lent. Some argue that in the future the soul of the deceased will be able to help loved ones solve any earthly problems, performing the functions of a guardian angel. But the souls of the dead do not walk the earth. Relatives of the deceased can believe in anything if it is easier for them, but you need to understand that such words and thoughts are only superstition, which has no evidence.

In the old days, people believed that the Lord took the righteous to Himself during Lent, and for them to die before Easter was a real grace. In support of these words, there is even such a saying: “The snow will melt, and people will leave for water.” During Lent, a believer necessarily receives communion and confesses, making his soul brighter, and therefore dies completely purified. Some Orthodox Christians also recommend unction at this time. But such recommendations are more relevant for seriously ill or elderly people.

What is unacceptable when visiting cemeteries and the importance of works of mercy

– When should you visit a cemetery and why?

– A cemetery, like a temple, is also a dear and holy place for Christians. The Church has always treated the bodies of the dead with reverence, remembering the words of the Apostle Paul that the bodies of Christians are the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. 3:16). Likewise, believers should have a reverent attitude towards burial places. It is probably appropriate to visit the resting places of our relatives on the days of their memory, on days of special remembrance of the dead, and, if possible, more often. For example, on the birthday or death day of a loved one, it is very advisable to invite a priest to the cemetery to perform a memorial service at the grave.

Of course, no “meals” are allowed in the cemetery. These are pagan harmful relics that need to be eradicated. They were especially popular during the atheistic period, when people without faith in God considered it their duty to bring snacks and alcohol to cemeteries, thus desecrating the memory of the dead. The task of every Orthodox Christian is to explain to friends and relatives that in cemeteries we should pray for the souls of the departed, but not “feast” on the graves.

– How important are the works of mercy performed in memory of the departed? And who should you pay attention to first, who should you go to?

– I will answer with the words of the Church Fathers. Saint John Chrysostom says this: “The more sins the deceased has, the more necessary is alms for him; do good to widows and the poor: this is the most important funeral accessory.” But Blessed Augustine writes: “Alms given for the souls of the dead will help them so that the Lord will be more merciful to them than what they deserve for their sins.” “Many of the deceased,” says St. John Chrysostom, “received great help from alms given out for them by others.”

And to give alms, you need to pay attention first of all to people who are truly in need. There are more and more of these today. Perhaps you know some retired grandparents or poor families. It’s great when alms can be given targeted and regularly, and anonymously. Then the alms will really be done in the Gospel way and will certainly benefit both the needy and the deceased for whom it is given.

At the same time, we should not forget that alms can be given not only with money, food or clothing, but also simply with participation, a smile, a kind word or a hand extended for a handshake. Many people need this more than financial assistance. And someone is waiting for a visit in the hospital or at home, hoping that people have not completely forgotten about him, and will be as happy as a child with any kind word. It is necessary to reconcile with everyone with whom you had a quarrel, forgive everyone from the bottom of your heart, speak only good things about people (especially about your “enemies”). All these are also acts of mercy that can and should be done in memory of the departed.

Is it possible to bury and have a funeral service in church for someone who died the week before Easter?

If a person dies during Holy Week, this does not mean that any typical ritual activities will have to be canceled. The deceased are also buried during Lent. A person cannot choose the best day and hour of his death, so it is strange and stupid to organize any kind of reprisals because he died during the week of fasting. If the grandmother died after Palm Sunday, we must not forget about ritual ceremonies.

Funerals during Holy Week are not uncommon. Funeral services for the newly deceased are also not prohibited on these days (except for Great Friday). The only problem relevant for funerals on Good Friday and Saturday may be related to the busyness of the clergy on the eve of the Easter service. Therefore, it is recommended to go to the temple in advance and find out how busy the priest will be on that day. Some clergy recommend postponing the funeral and funeral service a day or two earlier (for example, on Maundy Thursday). If the relatives of the deceased agree to do this, there will be nothing terrible about it.

On correct prayer for the dead

– Can we consider that during funeral services we are in spiritual contact with the afterlife?

- Undoubtedly. “God is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for with Him all live” (Luke 20:38). During the divine service, the earthly Church is directly united with the Heavenly Church... Here there is no longer time or space, there are no living and dead, but everyone is one in the Lord.

– Is it possible to think about the dead during funeral services, to draw their image in one’s imagination? How to pray correctly at such services?

– According to the teaching of the holy fathers of the Orthodox Church, during prayer we must avoid any kind of daydreaming or sensual imagination. The Monk Nicodemus the Holy Mountain says this: “Know that God is beyond all feelings and everything sensual, beyond every form, color, measure and place... and although he is everywhere, he is above all; that is, He is beyond all imagination.”

There is no need to try to artificially evoke in oneself images of the dead and events associated with them, much less “draw” their images in the imagination. This is pointless and even spiritually dangerous. But at the same time, natural memories for us of loved ones (including their faces and words, their love for us) give rise to a feeling of sadness and sorrow for dear people and thereby renew our love for the deceased. There is nothing wrong. Love must be turned into prayer for the dead. After all, love and memory are the best incentive and fulfillment for prayer for our dear family and friends.

Of course, it would be good for every believer to attend all evening Parastases and morning Liturgies on Saturdays during Lent, after which a memorial service is celebrated for the departed. After all, the measure of our zeal in this work is the measure of our memory and love for the departed. When else can you work hard if not by fasting?

Menu for Lenten funerals:

For any Lenten commemoration, no matter how you organize it, three main dishes are traditional: pancakes, kutia and jelly.

Pancakes on fasting days are prepared without eggs, but to make them fluffy, you can use rice broth or mineral water - this is not entirely traditional, but tasty. Pancakes can be eaten with honey, pureed vegetables or on their own.

Kutya is a porridge made from a mixture of sprouted seeds of wheat, rye and rice. This porridge has an ancient history and symbolic meaning - it is believed that just as grains germinate once they fall into the ground, so the soul of the deceased finds a real new life in the afterlife world. Kutia can be diluted with other cereals and mixed with honey, and if you do not strictly follow tradition, then you can add dried fruits. Usually kutya is eaten little by little, not for the sake of taste, but in memory of the departed person.

Kissel is no less ancient dish than kutia. Since ancient times in Rus' it was cooked with a special leaven and infused with flour, but today there are many more recipes. Kissel can be sweet or sour, it can also be diluted with honey or fruit juice. Kissel is usually served at the end of the funeral meal.

Also, the Lenten funeral menu usually includes cabbage soup without meat, vegetable salads, pastries without eggs, a variety of pies with mushrooms, rice, beans, and homemade pickles. As mentioned above, on certain fast days (for example, on the Annunciation, on Lazarus Saturday, or on the Feast of the Transfiguration), fish dishes are allowed to be placed on the funeral table.

Below are several recipes for Lenten dishes that are suitable for funerals. Remember that during the fasting period, salads are prepared without meat and eggs, and adding sour cream or mayonnaise with eggs to Lenten dishes is strictly prohibited. You should use sauces and salad dressings based on vegetable oil, vegetable broth and soy sauce.

Lenten roll with mushrooms (10 servings):

Take 2 thin pita breads made from unleavened dough, 600 g of champignons, carrots and onions (2 pieces each), vegetable oil and salt. Wash the champignons thoroughly, then cut them. Finely grate the carrots, previously peeled. Chop the onion and add salt. Fry the ingredients together in an oiled frying pan until lightly toasted. After cooling the filling, spread it on the unfolded pita bread, and then carefully roll up the roll. After the dish, covered with film, has stood in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, it can be cut into portions. This Lenten funeral appetizer can be prepared the night before or even a few days in advance.

Why do people write on social networks about the death of a loved one?

Not only those who have no one to talk to about this topic or who are embarrassed to share their personal emotions and feelings tend to post about death. Everyone has their own reason.

Speak out

. Feelings and emotions go off scale to the point of indecent. Relatives and friends stop understanding you. But there is nowhere to put the suffering, it asks to come out. Virtual space, like paper, will endure anything. Even people you don’t know will listen without seeing or hearing you...

Mourn together

. Friends of the deceased, acquaintances, classmates, colleagues, having learned about the misfortune, will express condolences and share bright memories.

Get support through comments.

Having learned about someone's grief, people often respond and console with warm words and wishes.

Get distracted

. Being in a room where everything reminds you of your loved one is hellish torment. Social networks, although temporarily, erase the severity of loss.

Re-read people's memories and look at photos

. The mourner re-reads his own and other people’s messages, posting here beautiful words about the loss of a loved one.

Accept death

. Another reason why people share grief online is the need to understand and accept the current situation.

Do not consign a person to oblivion.

Having come to the social network, the grieving person gives a message to others: I remember my loved one, so I post these signs on his page.

Tell others.

Placing a post about the death of a loved one, for example, on his page, is an ideal opportunity to notify everyone about what happened.

Report death

. But for practical reasons, for example, invitations to funerals, wakes, etc.

The day of a person’s death is not random, just like the day of birth

Let's do a full diagnostic

Many people probably know or have heard that a person can live much longer than the majority of the population lives. So why do people not live even half of this period, why are they overcome by various diseases? Modern science names the main reasons as poor ecology, constant stress, and poor nutrition. But these are only external factors, and internal ones, such as spiritual ones, are not taken into account. Our physical body is an exact copy and reflection of our soul, and only by recognizing this can we begin to understand the role of spiritual health for the health of our body. The cause of all acquired diseases that are not associated with external factors or heredity depends on the spiritual component of modern man. It is important to be able to understand all this, and you need to start with self-diagnosis. Today, opportunities in the provision of medical services are constantly expanding; the population is offered a lot of new technologies, methods and developments. Basically, this information flow comes to us with advertising brochures by mail, radio and television, but not everyone manages to read them. Therefore, in this chapter of my next book, I will try to briefly describe the diagnostic methods known to me, which do not take much time for examination, but provide good and voluminous information for taking timely measures. Let's start with the most accessible, when no equipment or special education is required, but you just need to analyze your life a little. Let's remember how a woman looks in the mirror? “Oh, some pimples! What are these spots? And the skin on the cheeks is kind of gray... We need to go to the doctor!” And it goes. Or, at least, he begins to carefully monitor himself, his health, and his appearance. And the man? The nose is in place and seems to be intact, there is a pair of ears, two eyes, somewhat cloudy - he needs to drink less and calmly goes to work. And then you are very surprised when you find so many problems and advanced chronic diseases in it that it would be enough for a platoon, or even a whole company. And all because he inattentively looked at his reflection in the mirror! With a certain skill, using the face can not only perfectly diagnose incipient but also advanced diseases, as well as prevent their development, including even hereditary ones. I think that let's start with the fact that in more than 80% of cases of diagnosing mental illnesses, doctors do not notice the depressive state of their patients. To a large extent, this is facilitated by the patients themselves, who lead a soulless lifestyle and are not aware of their mental problems, focusing the specialist’s attention only on complaints from the internal organs, which are a consequence of a depressive disorder, and thereby direct the doctor’s efforts along the wrong path.

Here are the simplest examples of diagnostics and self-diagnosis:

Diagnosis by face:

It is most convenient to start self-examination from the areas around the eyes.

Rare light eyebrows indicate that the body produces very little estrogen and testosterone. In addition, dark eyebrows mean that there is little zinc, phosphorus and iodine in the body. Eat fish, low-fat cheese, onions and walnuts. You can also add seafood, mushrooms, soy sauce, spices and garlic here. Sparse eyelashes indicate a urogenital infection, which brings impotence closer. Treat your lumbar spine by sitting up straight! Visit an andrologist. Fusing eyebrows are an alarming signal that you are prone to seizures in anger, due to a deficiency of magnesium and potassium in the body. Your diet should consist of beans, peas, bananas, all dried fruits and nuts. A pinkish tint to the eyelids is a sign of bladder disease. Correct your sitting posture to the correct one. Sit up straight! Use rosehip infusion. If a person has flabby eyelids, there is an overexpenditure of nervous energy and this is fraught with the development of depressive conditions and chronic fatigue syndrome. Lead a measured lifestyle, consuming dairy products, meat, eggs and grapes. During lunch you can have a glass of dry red wine. The lower eyelid of the eyes, brown in color, indicates the development of hidden hemorrhoids in the initial stage. A yellowish lower eyelid indicates the presence of hemorrhoids. You need to pay attention to your sitting posture and correct the lumbar spine. A high forehead looks good, but such a forehead indicates a weak sexual constitution. You may need to correct the lumbar spine, change your sitting position, or, much worse, be treated with hormonal drugs for a long time. It depends on which specialist you see. If the skin on the forehead is constantly cold and damp, this indicates that there is a predisposition to liver diseases. Then limit your alcohol consumption and take a course of lipoic acid - LIV-52. Bald patches at the temples indicate poor functioning of the adrenal glands. We need to visit an endocrinologist. Two vertical folds above the bridge of the nose and another one slightly higher in the middle between them indicate excellent insight and your ability to see both the future and the past. One deep vertical crease on the bridge of your nose can be a sign that you are prone to depression, stubborn and have a hard time compromising. It also shows that you are tired of life and that you need a good rest. The early appearance of gray hair warns that you have problems with posture, a stoop has developed and the thyroid gland suffers from this. Gastritis also develops on the same basis. The presence of a deep wrinkle between the lip and nose indicates a defect in the heart valve. Periodic blue lips indicate heart failure. Bags under the eyes and puffiness of the face indicate kidney problems. The presence of bruises around the eyes or under the eyes indicates problems with the adrenal glands. If a person has a sloping forehead, this is usually the result of a severe injury to the upper vertebrae of the cervical spine received in childhood. Trauma affects the position of the head, and through it the psyche and character, which begins to be distinguished by rigidity, malice, tenacity and deceit towards all other people who are in antiphase with them. In adulthood, it often leads a person to autism and sometimes to suicide. Mathematics has never been friends with such people. Money in large quantities practically never stays with them. If the eyes are large and protruding, then the third cervical vertebra moves forward. This always leads to disturbances in the mental parameters of the brain - the development of chronic fatigue syndrome begins. When the eyes are deep-set, the same vertebra has shifted back. Everything else is the same as in the first case. The eyes are different in size or shape - there is a reversal of the third cervical vertebra, increased intracranial pressure in the right hemisphere, a displacement of the astral body and consciousness to the left of the physical body, a severely disturbed psyche, increased excitability, stubbornness, and arrogance. Protruding cheekbones, a nose, or the entire face with a noticeable protrusion forward indicates a serious injury to the cervical spine and significant impairment of the human psyche. The nose is large with a hump or duck - the fourth cervical vertebra is displaced forward or backward. The remaining parameters are the same as in the first case. A turn of the tip of the nose in any direction indicates a turn of the fourth vertebra in the same direction. This leads to an increase in intracranial pressure in the right hemisphere, a displacement of the astral body and consciousness to the left of the physical body, here the psyche is severely disturbed, increased excitability, stubbornness, and arrogance. There is conflict in relationships with people. Any displacement of the entire mouth to the side indicates the same. Protrusion of the upper jaw forward, with possible rotation of the teeth, indicates a forward displacement of the fifth vertebra and the development of chronic fatigue syndrome with impaired logical function of the brain. The protrusion of the lower jaw together with the chin, with a possible rotation of the teeth forward, or only the chin, signals the protrusion of the sixth cervical vertebra in the wrong direction, or with subluxation of the lower part, leading to the development of chronic fatigue syndrome with disruption of the logical function of the brain. A protruding Adam's apple indicates a forward displacement of the sixth and seventh vertebrae, leading to disruption of the logical function of the brain. Crooked teeth are only due to injury to the cervical spine and indicate a damaged psyche. The presence of Beckets or Liners says almost the same thing. Drooping corners of the mouth indicate a misalignment of the head in the atlas, the development of mental problems and autism. Such a person, due to the lack of connection between the hemispheres of the brain, closes in on himself, stops seeing and paying attention to others, acquires childhood fears, and becomes an evil and aggressive creature. Someone else's life for him becomes worth a penny. In the future, he faces complete immobility and loss of voice. Action must be taken immediately! When a person has one corner of his mouth downturned and the other raised, this indicates that the person is sleeping on a bad pillow, higher or lower than required, which has led to a skewed position of the head in the atlas to one side. He becomes dangerous to society with his hidden aggressive essence and powerful energy aimed only at destruction.

Although many people believe that by changing their appearance they are starting a new life, they are deeply mistaken. Carrying out plastic surgery on the face or body has virtually no effect on character and psyche, since it does not change the properties of the spine, does not affect cerebral circulation, does not affect the functioning of the endocrine system, etc.

Diagnosis by lips:

Smooth, even lips with a rich color are the hallmark of complete health. An enlarged upper lip of a person indicates his emotional instability, excessive self-confidence, a good vision of the future, lack of logic and a sense of superiority due to increased intracranial pressure in the right hemisphere and a corresponding change in the psyche. If the lower lip protrudes forward, then capriciousness and selfishness manifest themselves, and such people ultimately become deeply lonely. People with heart-shaped lips are very active, full of ideas, and able to quickly solve problems at work and at home. They can also be slightly frivolous, prone to coquetry, sensitive, easily carried away, and not very faithful. Inverted lips occur in people who are not very imaginative. They are conservative and give in to difficulties. People with thin lips are reserved, stubborn and suspicious. They have increased intracranial pressure, which predominates in the left hemisphere and this fact activates logic, but at the same time removes the vision of the future and prospects. Having won the favor of such a person, you can safely rely on him.

Hair diagnostics:

They should be medium fat. If you don’t wash them for 2-3 days and then run toilet paper over them, then there shouldn’t be any trace left on it. If your hair is dry, then it lacks fats and vitamins A, D, E, K. There is nothing to add here - take vitamins or change your diet. If the hair is dry, falls out, and has almost stopped growing, then there is not enough zinc in the body. If your hair is oily, then it contains an excess amount of adrenal hormones. This occurs when 7 or 8 vertebrae of the thoracic spine come out backward. Perhaps you are not lifting weights correctly (with your back tilted forward, which you should not do). If your hair breaks and splits, your body lacks iron. We will not repeat it here; it is described in other chapters. If hair falls out (the norm for hair loss per day is 50 - 70 hairs), it means that the brain does not have enough nutrition, perhaps there is a muscle block that pinches the carotid arteries at the entrance to the head. This happens when you sleep in an incorrect position, turning on your stomach. This causes spasms of blood vessels in the scalp, and causes neuroses and depression. If a woman has coarse dark hair above the lip and on the chin, then there is a predisposition to tumors, primarily in the gynecological area. Here, the problem, first of all, is the lumbar spine, which affects the hormonal sphere. Perhaps you are not sitting correctly, not straight, but tilted back, when your lower back does not touch the back of the seat.

Ear diagnostics:

If your ears look like Cheburashka’s, it means you are a long-liver and you should be happy, not sorry. If your ears are small and neat, then you become overtired very quickly and are more susceptible to colds than others. Use common sense, dress appropriately for the weather, try not to walk with wet feet, get a flu shot. If you have a deformed earlobe, you are predisposed to diseases of the cardiovascular system. Therefore, take care of your heart. Always make sure your posture is correct and that your shoulders are always at the same level.

Diagnosis by the appearance of the tongue:

A healthy human tongue is always pink, moist, clean, without deep lines or cracks. If it is red-crimson in color, then the body does not have enough vitamin B12 (occurs in anemia, tumors, worms and inflammatory bowel diseases). A pale tongue indicates iron deficiency and possible bone marrow dysfunction. A dry tongue indicates dehydration, inflammation of the peritoneum, and an overdose of atropine medications used to treat ulcers, colic and pain. Gray-white plaque indicates disease of the teeth and gums (caries, periodontal disease), chronic infection of the nasopharynx (sinusitis, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis). The main problem is in the cervical spine. Check your sleeping position, the thickness of the pillow (should be shoulder width), and get rid of scoliosis. Gray plaque indicates a disorder in the upper gastrointestinal tract; gastritis, duodenitis, and ulcers are possible. A yellowish coating means problems with the bile ducts. Possible cholecystitis or cholangitis. The main concern here is the need to get rid of scoliosis. Deep cracks in the tongue appear from a lack of iron and the presence of chronic infection. The absence of papillae on the tongue indicates a lack of trace elements and iron. Large papillae occur due to hypertrophy due to too much spicy food and alcohol. If teeth marks appear along the edges, you should pay attention to the bite or swelling of the tongue. This happens with diseases of the thyroid gland. Here, the initial cause is always damage to the spine in the cervical region.

Diagnosis based on skin condition and color:

Any changes in the skin indicate a pathology of the internal organs. Swelling of the skin may indicate problems with the heart or kidneys, the mechanism of acid-base balance, or lymph flow. Blueness of the skin is a sign of cardiopulmonary failure. With heart disease, lips and nails may turn blue. Persistent itching of the skin, especially in the genital area and anus, combined with yellowish-brown spots of irregular shape, with the same spots on the skin of the neck and chest, may indicate increased blood sugar. This may also correspond to the presence of fungal diseases of the skin, nails, dry skin, and the presence of intraepidermal blisters on the legs and feet. Yellowish plaques protruding above the skin indicate that there is a danger of atherosclerosis. Longitudinal or transverse stripes of pearlescent or pink color on the skin of the abdomen, thighs, buttocks, and mammary glands indicate the presence of endocrine system diseases in the body. Increased pigmentation around the mouth, on the neck, on the back of the hands and feet indicates changes in the functioning of the thyroid gland. Increased greasiness of the skin indicates an excess of the male hormone in the body - testosterone. Its increase in women causes increased hairiness (hirsutism) and sexuality. Thinning and dry skin, cold hands and feet, chilliness, as well as an increase in body fat in men indicate age-related hormonal changes, which are called menopause. Increased keratinization of the skin of the feet and palms is accompanied by thyroid disease or the onset of menopause. The appearance of dermatitis, eczema, furunculosis, acne, wounds on the skin that do not heal well, and trophic ulcers that are difficult to treat are always associated with a deficiency of zinc in the body. If a woman has obesity, hypertension and deforming arthritis with excessive keratinization of the skin of the palms and feet, especially along their edges, then this indicates the onset of menopausal changes. Impaired sensitivity, up to numbness of the skin area between the chin and lower lip, indicates heart problems. Peeling and redness of the skin, the appearance of wen, keratomas, papilloma, as well as acne in the area of the upper eyelids and the area around the tear ducts indicate kidney disease, congestion in them and the formation of sand. If the skin has a greenish tint, then this indicates anemia with iron deficiency in the body. But if the skin is pale with a yellowish tint, then there is anemia with vitamin B12 deficiency. Yellow skin color indicates the presence of false or true jaundice. In such an organism there is an increased content of carotene from the large consumption of carrots, pumpkins, tangerines and oranges. An earthy-gray skin tone indicates increased consumption of preparations containing silver and chronic inflammation. Here, too, scoliosis and other spinal problems are necessarily present, with which treatment must begin. When one or more white spots with sharply defined boundaries (vitiligo) are present, there is chronic inflammation of the liver - hepatitis. Possible traumatic scoliosis on the left shoulder. Then it will be lower. If there are many small pale spots with fuzzy edges (marbling) on the palms, arms, and legs, then vegetative-vascular dystonia is present. First of all, this indicates existing injuries in the cervical spine and cerebral circulation disorders.

Nail diagnostics:

If your nails are convex and round in shape, you have chronic lung disease, bronchitis or pneumonia. Pay first attention to your nose. He doesn't breathe at night and in cool weather. If polyposis is present, surgery will be required to remove it. After this, work on your back - the spine from the shoulder blades and below. Next, never sleep on your back again! If with longitudinal, transverse depressions, then you have a chronic infection. Contact the specialists. If the nails have convex stripes, then there is not enough iron and microelements. Here you know what to do. If the nails are brittle, there are inflammatory processes in the body, there is not enough iron, and there may be a fungus present. When the nails are pale - anemia. Take care of yourself - get rid of scoliosis. Your right shoulder is significantly lower than your left. Watch your posture! If they have a purplish-blue color, this indicates heart failure. You may sleep on your stomach or have severe scoliosis.

Diagnosis by figure:

A person's stoop always causes disturbances in the functioning of the stomach, kidneys, adrenal glands and the entire gastrointestinal tract. The belly is growing. Scoliosis on the right shoulder, sooner or later, will lead to the destruction of the spine - almost all parts. Such scoliosis activates the work of the right hemisphere, making a person far-sighted, but without the possibility of combining knowledge with real reality, since consciousness is always shifted away from the physical body, destruction of the psyche occurs, and the resonant frequency increases. Scoliosis on the left shoulder is much less common. It disrupts the functioning of logic, dampens the mathematical abilities of the brain, causes chronic fatigue syndrome, and leads to a lack of money. Such a person, as a rule, becomes an alcoholic, otherwise he is very depressed and has no interest in life. Increased hairiness in women - the cause may be hyperandrogenia, that is, increased production of male hormones - androgens, the only source of which in healthy women is the adrenal cortex. Normally, a very small amount of them is produced. The reason for their excess is the incorrect posture when lifting objects from the floor of any weight, which leads to a barely noticeable backing of the intervertebral disc of the 6th or 7th vertebra of the thoracic spine, which in turn activates the work of the adrenal glands in the wrong direction. That is, you need to lift only by squatting and not leaning forward. The problem of the adrenal glands also manifests itself on the face, blue under the eyes. How to put the ejected disc back in place is described in detail in book 8 of the list of references given at the end of the book.

Diagnosis by feeling:

If you have been smoking for a long time and begin to feel that you are suffering from hypothermia, then this is due to a violation of the regulation of skin blood flow and you will have to urgently quit smoking, since the normal reaction of the skin is already disrupted, which is irreversible. The appearance during the day of sensations of dry mouth, thirst, polyuria - the release of large amounts of urine, itching of the skin and genitals and various dermatitis warn of an increase in blood sugar. Such symptoms develop much faster in childhood. You need to go and check your blood sugar level, as a risk factor for the development of diabetes may have appeared. Diabetes is dangerous due to the development of complications associated with damage to blood vessels: the fundus of the eye, lower extremities, damage to the cardiovascular and nervous systems, the development of diabetic neuropathy, kidney disease and many different organs and systems in the human body. Unreasonable headaches during the day, or noise in the ears that occurs at night or in the morning - check the thickness of your pillow. It is possible that it is either wider or narrower than the thickness of the shoulder, so during sleep, subluxation of one or two vertebrae occurs, affecting cerebral circulation and creating a point of pain in the head or causing tinnitus. If the process with headaches is neglected, do this: Replace or adjust your pillow to the width of your shoulder, so that the thoracic and cervical spine, in a position on your side, is parallel to the bed. Make honey cakes and place them on your head until the abscess bursts and the pain in your head stops completely.

Diagnostics by gait:

A shuffling gait occurs from a disruption of the capillary circulation of the central structures of the human brain during the development of autism, that is, the development of mental degradation. It is required to ensure that during any manual work the chin is kept significantly higher than before, and it is forbidden to read while lying down or watch TV while lying down.

All deficits arise and develop due to abuse of alcohol, nicotine, constant stress, addiction to medications, unfavorable environmental conditions and injuries to the spine from our ignorance of the basic rules of life, when the immune and endocrine systems begin to fail to cope with their functions. None of us are protected from depression at any age, in any social group of the population. But especially after 40 years, when the warranty period for the operation of the body begins to fail. Women are twice as likely to develop depression as men. They traditionally experience more stress than men in multiple social roles, both at work and at home. The risk of developing the disease increases with increased nervous stress, bad habits, and the presence of concomitant chronic diseases of internal organs. A long-term lack of harmony in the soul and broken family ties also increase the risk. Long-term depression always leads a person to alcoholism, drug addiction and complete personality collapse. Parents' uncertainty about the future and family scandals can lead to depression even in a child. The term depression is used to describe general emotional depression and mood disorders. It characterizes a change in a person’s internal climate, where low mood is the central symptom of depression, and is associated with a decrease in interest in life and loss of pleasure. This also includes: decreased concentration and brain productivity, decreased self-esteem of one’s actions and health, decreased and loss of sexual interest, sleep disturbances, decreased appetite, weight loss, feelings of physical illness, feelings of anxiety, hopelessness, guilt, and desire die. Since our brain works on the basis of dominance, that is, it perceives only dominant information, a depressive state is usually masked by the symptoms of another disease and may be a consequence of a long-term chronic disease of some internal organs. In practice, they occupy about 30% of cases. The existing social and medical difficulties in diagnosing depressive conditions show that there is a huge mass of people suffering from depressive conditions who either did not seek the help of specialists or for various reasons do not receive it. The following test can be used to diagnose depressive conditions. If you have noted five or more symptoms in the last two weeks, then you have depression, which is the most common mental illness, often leading to death, as it is the most common cause of suicide. It can also lead to other very serious mental illnesses and disruption of the entire body. Without treatment, depression can last up to several years and has a tendency to recur. The later treatment begins, the less likely the patient is to make a full recovery.

Such posts may be responded to. How? It also depends on who the deceased is - a relative, friend, colleague, loved one, etc.

Relatives and friends can make such accents when expressing their emotions

: “I don’t believe in this, I don’t find a place for myself!”, “I can’t imagine life without him!”, “Words cannot heal the wound. We can’t even imagine how strong this blow is for you, but we are with you...”, “I’m happy that he was in my life. I will miss him in everything...", "The one and only, the world is not nice without him...", "I don’t need anyone but him. It will be difficult for me to get used to the idea that he is gone...”, etc.

Friends often indicate their close and trusting relationship with the deceased

: "My sincere condolences. I knew him, we were like brother and sister!”, “Together for so many years, from school. Who can make a joke like him?”, “And who should I cry into my vest now? Friend, no one will ever replace you..." etc.

Colleagues are more likely to use a neutral, formal tone

: “The tragedy did not leave us indifferent. We consider it our duty to support you, and we share the bitterness of your loss!”, “We express our heartfelt condolences and mourn with you, because we have lost a wonderful colleague!” etc.

On the one hand, the profile of the deceased on social networks can be left as an online monument, as a place where you can communicate with the deceased, invite friends and relatives here. But it also evokes unwanted emotions - for those who come to social networks to have fun and escape from problems, a reminder of death can be unpleasant.

Memory Journals and Memory Pages solve this problem because they are a designated place for memories. No one can get to such a page by accident, so grief and reminders of the deceased will not confuse anyone.

Silento. Remember the bright moments.

The thumb decides

A thumbs up or down in Ancient Rome, according to one version of historians, decided the fate of a wounded gladiator. In the digital environment, these two symbols are the simplest way to express your attitude towards something. True, in many social networks there is no dislike, and the user makes a choice whether to give a thumbs up or ignore the message.

Too simple reactions to reports of tragic events raise many questions. Does liking an obituary mean sympathy or joy at the passing of that person? Does dislike mean sadness about death or dislike for the deceased? Olga Lukinova conducted a survey in her Telegram channel “Digital Etiquette” that showed: 78% of respondents consider a thumbs up or a heart to be a positive reaction that is inappropriate in posts about death.

Facebook has expanded the choice of reactions to a post, adding emotions of sadness, anger, surprise, and laughter as alternatives to liking. There are different reactions in Instagram stories, but profile posts can still only be rated with a heart symbol. Sometimes, under mournful posts, users write in the comments a short “RIP,” which means “rest in peace,” or simply the letter F - this reaction became a kind of meme after the release of the game “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare” in 2014, where the phrase “ Press F to pay respects."

Attitudes towards laconic reactions vary. Some believe that this is convenient and that even brief support is important, others believe that a crying emoticon is not enough, so you should either remain silent or write a meaningful and meaningful comment.

General rules for a funeral meal

The funeral meal should be preceded by special prayers. Before sitting down at the table, those gathered should read “Come, let us worship...”, and then, after lighting the candles, you can read all or part of the 17th Kathisma. Immediately before the start of the meal, those gathered should read the prayer “Our Father...”.

If you are organizing a memorial meal outside your home, keep in mind that now there are quite a lot of specialized cafes that can provide any suitable dishes for Lenten funerals, a special room, and everything that may be needed from utensils and paraphernalia.

According to tradition, funeral dishes are blessed in the temple. If this is not possible, you can put glasses of blessed water on the table. After the funeral meal has concluded, ensure that guests do not leave empty-handed. The remaining dishes can be distributed to neighbors or treated to colleagues at work, asking them to remember someone close to you.

Who are the judges?

The tragedy really brought Didenko 600 thousand new subscribers. However, it is worth paying attention to the ethics of not only the blogger’s actions, but also the audience’s reaction. Since there are no universal rules of grief online, Catherine could not break them, which means that negative comments are simply meaningless. Moreover, users who leave them themselves show disrespect for other people’s grief and personal boundaries.

The reason for the audience disagreement lies in the fact that people draw different boundaries between what can be shown on the Internet and what should not be shown. Some display carefully retouched photographs and talk only about successes, others broadcast life with its ups and downs, while others consider any revelations on social networks unnecessary.

Another striking example of a massive violation of etiquette on the part of the audience is the reaction to the video of YouTuber Valeria Lyubarskaya about the death of her mother. The girl decided to talk about her grief publicly, since Natalya Lyubarskaya often participated in her daughter’s Youtube videos and was known to her subscribers. The video received a lot of sympathetic comments, but there was also a lot of negativity. Users continued to discuss Lyubarskaya's motives under her subsequent videos for several months. The girl was accused of allowing herself to smile and not wearing black clothes after the loss of a loved one. Such claims are specific to the blogger’s interaction with the audience. It is unlikely that a stranger in real life would reproach Valeria for “grieving incorrectly.”
