After a divorce and a serious illness, I began to think: what is going wrong in my life? How can I change my destiny? I have come to the conclusion that it is very important to constantly cleanse ourselves of all the negativity that “sticks” to us in the process of life. All the grievances, worries, frustrations and anger that remain inside us actually haunt us.
But here’s the problem: many of these grievances have already been forgotten, but in the soul they are still a source of problems. In this case, only prayer can help! I began to read prayers to cleanse my soul and body and after a while I felt that I felt much better.
The unreasonable sadness, apathy and laziness went away, I forgot about what a bad mood is. I feel very cheerful and joyful! But this state did not come immediately: I can say that I read cleansing prayers for three months, every morning and every evening, and after that I felt different.

"Jesus Christ! Help me, a sinful servant (name), avoid human envy and negativity towards me and do not let me carry out my arbitrary judgment on sinners. Reward, God, my offenders, but deliver them from suffering, for they acted not of their own free will, but at the instigation of the devil. Amen".
Prayer-rite against any manifestation of negativity
On Sunday, you must read the “Our Father” prayer three times with a lit church candle. After each reading, you should cross yourself and bow. Then you need to wash yourself with holy or running water and say:
“I believe in the Lord Almighty! I believe in his thoughts and deeds! I leave my fate in his hands. I’m removing the negativity from myself with God’s help and support.”
After such a ritual, you should light the candle again, and on a piece of paper write down all the manifestations of negativity that happened to you. Burn what is written on the candle flame, and then read the Lord’s Prayer again.

How to pray to cleanse your soul of negativity

You don’t even have to remind that person about your conflict, just find some kind words for him. Wish him luck, find out what news he has, this way you will change the script of your relationship and you will have one more sincere friend.
There are special prayers that repentant sinners read (and we are all far from saints on this earth, so the text of the repentant prayers is suitable for everyone). These prayers are longer and can be read once a day. This is the “Canon of Repentance” or other prayers, for example, “In the hand of Your Great Mercy.”

Prayer for purification of soul and body

“The tradition of reciting special cleansing prayers for postpartum cleansing is very pious. But if these prayers were not read, then nothing terrible happened. There is no magical effect in prayer itself.”
The priest advises women who unknowingly received communion during a period of impurity to repent of this at the next confession and to be more attentive and responsible in the future.
Cleansing prayers - what are they?
According to Christian doctrine, genuine prayer is an open heart conversation with God. Saint Theodore of Edessa says that prayer is “the protection of virtues, the destruction of passions, the well-being of the soul, the purification of the mind, the consolation of those who cry” (“Philokalia”). In addition to commonly used prayers, there are also those that are resorted to only in certain cases. These are also purification (cleansing) prayers for Christian women who have given birth to a child. The priest says these prayers over the woman no earlier than 40 days after her birth.
