Destroyer of cancerous ulcers

One of the images of the Mother of God that became famous in Russia not so long ago is the icon of the “Vsetsaritsa” (in Greek - “Pantanassa”). The very name of the icon testifies to the prayerful power of the Mother of God, emanating from Her special closeness to the Savior. Initially, this image was revealed to have a miraculous ability to turn away from hobbies of magic and occult knowledge. Currently, numerous cases of miraculous healing from cancer through prayers before this icon are recorded. In 2012, the Holy Synod approved the akathist “To the Tsaritsa” for reading.

Akathist “To the Tsaritsa” - prayer before the icon of the Mother of God

“The Virgin-Mother is, as it were, the only boundary between the created and uncreated Divine nature. And all who see God will recognize Her as the place of the Inconceivable. And all those who praise God will sing Her after God... She is the beginning, the source and the root of the hope prepared for us in heaven, which may we all be worthy to receive through Her prayers for us, to the glory of Jesus Who was born before the ages from the Father and who was recently incarnate from Her Christ our Lord" (St. Gregory Palamas, 1296-1359).

Iconography of the All-Tsarina

The Most Holy Theotokos is depicted in the icon wearing crimson robes. The icon painter depicted Her seated on the royal throne. The Divine Infant in the arms of the Mother holds a scroll in his left hand, blessing those praying in front of the image of believers with his right hand. The Mother of God points with her right hand to Her Son, as if saying: “Here is your Savior, who came to save you from sin, illness and death.” In the background of the icon there are two angels, overshadowing the Most Pure Virgin with their wings and stretching out their hands to her. The halo above Christ contains the inscription in Greek: “He from whom everything is around.”

The entire icon is made in bright, warm colors. Here is a crimson robe, indicating royal dignity, and the complete perfection of the Mother of God, and a golden background, symbolizing eternity.

Origin of the Icon of the Mother of God “Vsetsaritsa”

There is no documentary evidence of the discovery of the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary “The All-Tsarina”. However, the 8th century is considered to be the time of the founding of the monastery of the same name in the northwestern part of Asia Minor (modern Turkey). And in the 1530s, Metropolitan Athanasius of Nicaea presented the miraculous icon “The All-Tsaritsa” to the monastery of Simonopetra (Athos, Greece).

Now the revered image of the “All-Tsarina” resides in the Annunciation Cathedral of the Athos monastery of Vatopedi. The estimated time of its writing is the 17th century. In the first half of the 20th century, the image was located in the ascetic settlement of Novaya Skete, located near the Skete of St. Anna. The icon was brought to the Vatopedi Monastery by Elder Joseph the Hesychast (1898-1959). He wrote down the first legend associated with this image.

Once upon a time a young sorcerer came to the Holy Mountain from Cyprus. His goal was to test his “miraculous abilities.” However, when he was near the icon “The All-Tsaritsa,” an invisible force threw him to the floor, and the face of the Mother of God shone with a wondrous light. Having recovered from the fall, he began to cry and confess to the monks about his lack of faith and his practice of magic. After this, the former sorcerer confessed his sins and became a monk at the monastery.

Soon, miraculous healings began to occur from the image of the Mother of God, mainly from cancer.

Why do trials such as illness occur?

Illness is a punishment for what a person or his children once did. We are all sinful people: we rarely go to church, we pray only in cases where God is needed, we can easily swear with bad words or do worse things. For everything in life you have to pay. The Church, of course, does not recognize such human behavior. The most common punishment for a person for all his sins is illness. They say that the severity of the disease shows how much a person has sinned.

Therefore, if a person has cancer, it means that at one time he did something very bad, or his children did it. Parents are always responsible for those they give birth to. It is worth remembering that prayers for cancer are not an instant healing, not a solution to all problems, and are not an elixir for all ailments. This is faith in God, prayer and request, appeal to Higher powers, conversation with faces for help. First of all, sacred texts help you understand yourself, your soul, and what was once done.

Prayer is a personal, intimate conversation with the Lord; no one will hear it except the believer and God. Some people believe that praying is a waste of time because no miracle happens. That’s right, miracles don’t happen to such people, they don’t believe that we are being watched by a Higher Mind above, which certainly helps those who turn to Him. That is why the Fathers say after every service that believers let God into their souls. You need to communicate with the Almighty as often as possible, not sin, and lead a righteous lifestyle. Then there will be fewer diseases, and there will be no such terrible disease as cancer.

Close people always need our care and attention. In addition to physical help, spiritual help is also needed. That is why it is necessary to turn to the icon of the All-Tsarina and communicate with the Lord God. Faith is the best thing that every person can have, it will never go away.

Veneration in Russia

In 1995, especially for the Moscow children's cancer center, Athonite monks wrote a copy (copy) of the miraculous icon “The All-Tsarina.” Almost immediately, some sick children began to experience improvements in their health.

It should be noted that the miracles from the image extend not only to cancer, but help in various troubles according to the faith of the person praying. So, one of the first miracles from this icon was the healing of a young man from drug addiction. News of the miracles taking place quickly began to spread not only throughout the capital, but throughout Russia. Believers from various regions of the country flocked to worship the shrine.

Since 1996, the icon “The Tsarina” has been in the Moscow Church of All Saints in Krasnoe Selo. An akathist to the Most Holy Theotokos in front of the icon “The Tsaritsa” was compiled in Church Slavonic. The Church of All Saints keeps a record of the healings received. Every Sunday during the prayer service the akathist to the Mother of God “The Tsaritsa” is read.

Now in many churches and monasteries there are lists (copies) of the icon of the Mother of God “The Tsaritsa”. For example, the image of the “Vsetsaritsa” of the Vladychny Convent (the city of Serpukhov, Moscow region) exudes myrrh (an oily liquid). Before the icon, the akathist to the Most Holy Theotokos “The Tsaritsa” is read daily.

Why does healing happen?

As the priests say, according to the faith of Orthodox Christians, through their labors and sincere prayers, grace is sent from God. The Lord will certainly turn his gaze towards the person striving for him. What does it mean to strive for the Lord? First of all, this is to try to regularly participate in the sacraments established by Christ for his Church. First of all, this is the Sacrament of Confession, established to cleanse believers from sins, and Holy Communion, given to us for union with our Savior Christ. The sacrament of Unction was also established to help the sick. It is celebrated in all churches during the days of Great Lent. Some churches also perform unction during the Nativity Fast. For seriously ill bedridden patients, you can invite a priest to your home to perform unction. In this case, the sacrament is performed regardless of calendar dates. In addition to church sacraments, you can perform enhanced prayer to Jesus Christ and the Mother of God. One of these additions is the akathist to the icon of the Mother of God “Vsetsaritsa”.

Icon “The Queen of All”: what needs are addressed

The miracles revealed by the image of the “All-Tsarina” testify to the Mother of God’s help in healing from oncology and in liberation from drug and alcohol addictions. However, one should not assume that this is the only thing you can ask for recovery before the “Vsetsaritsa”. The Mother of God is able to help in any trouble.

“On the third day, after Her blessed Dormition, the Mother of God rose from the dead and now lives in heaven, soul and body. She not only lives in heaven, She reigns in heaven... She has been given special power and special boldness to intercede before God on behalf of humanity. The Holy Church, turning with petitions to all the greatest saints of God, to all the Angels and Archangels, says to them: “Pray to God for us,” to one Mother of God she uses the words: “Save us” (St. Ignatius Brianchaninov, 1807-1867).

Also, you should not give the texts of the prayer and akathist before the icon “The Tsaritsa” any special magical effect: if you read it, you are guaranteed to receive what you asked for. For Orthodox Christians, a prayerful appeal to the Most Holy Theotokos is a live conversation with the Mother of God about intercession with the Son of God, and believers receive what is given directly from the Lord.

“Suppose a woman’s neighbor is the mother of a minister, and the woman asks her to help her child find a job. The neighbor is ready to help, but she herself will not be able to do anything, but will ask her son-minister, who, by virtue of his position, can really help and will help, because he asks his mother. So we ask the Mother of God for our salvation, and She asks Her Son , Which can save. And He fulfills the Mother’s request, because He loves Her very much” (Reverend Paisiy Svyatogorets, 1924-1994).

How to ask the Mother of God for healing

Before turning to the All-Tsarina with a prayer for healing, you need to clearly understand your intentions and comprehend them. An open, sincere request helps everyone in need of healing from a terrible illness. Even a person who does not believe in the Lord will feel relief from prayer. One condition when reading a plea for help is that it must come from the very heart of the person.

Thanks to faith and invocation of the Virgin Mary, many people forgot about their illness. While reading the prayer to the All-Tsarina against oncology, the believer’s state is transferred to a completely different space, where the burden is removed and the energy field becomes clear. These are the first steps towards comprehending the Divine recognition of man, and also realizing the true cause of the disease.

There are rules on how to ask the Mother of God for help. The prayer to the All-Tsarina for healing should be said at the holy icon. There is no need to break down if there is no improvement after the first prayer. This is a very difficult and thorny spiritual path. You should not only visit the church and pray, you should also buy a holy face for home. He should stand close to the patient's bed.

Wonderful help from the icon “The Queen of All”

In the early 2000s, Svetlana learned that her father was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer and metastases in the lungs. Friends advised the woman to ask the Mother of God for help in front of the icon “The Tsarina of All.” After visiting the Church of All Saints in Krasnoye Selo, Svetlana began reading the akathist “To the Tsaritsa” every day. Before the scheduled operation, her father underwent additional examination. A new diagnosis was made: a healing stomach ulcer. Darkening in the lungs turned out to be the consequences of bronchitis.

In 2002, man A., a resident of the capital, experienced a hypertensive crisis. To find out the cause of the incident, the young man underwent a tomographic examination of the brain. As a result, a tumor was discovered. A very difficult operation lay ahead. The man decided to go to the Church of All Saints, where a prayer service was held, at which the akathist to the Mother of God “The Tsarina of All” was read. During the control examination before surgery, the absence of a tumor was recorded.

Spouses Oleg and Oksana, residents of Krasnodar, had no children after living together for a long time. The treatment did not produce results. Having learned about the miraculous image of “The Tsarina of All,” they asked the Mother of God to give them a child and read the akathist. After some time, Oksana became pregnant and gave birth to a daughter in 2012.

The Holy Face depicts the Mother of God sitting on a throne. In the corners are two Angels standing behind. The original icon is located in Greece in the Vatopedi monastery. The Holy Image was found by a young guy who did not know that he had discovered a real face to which he could pray. But an unknown force pushed the young man away, and he ran to the nearest church to tell the priest what happened.

The guy admitted that he was drawn to magic and believed that the Mother of God found out about this, pushing him away from her face with her power. Having told everything as it was, the young man began to lead a correct lifestyle, pray every day, and believed in the Lord and in his power. We can say that the icon itself showed the young man the right and true path. As soon as the Holy Image was brought to the church, people began to turn to it. The icon treated some for a long time, and healed others right before our eyes. Even all the most terrible diseases disappeared.
