The Fall of Lucifer in the Bible and his museum in the Vatican (4 photos)

Causes of the uprising

Lucifer was a created being and left the creative hand of God in a perfect state. And he remained bright in his deeds until lawlessness was found in him.

The Bible says, “Your heart became proud because of your beauty, and you corrupted your wisdom because of your splendor.”

Lucifer became so impressed with his power and position that he began to strive for the glory that belonged to God alone. The sin that corrupted him was pride.

This appears to represent the actual beginning of sin in the universe, preceding the fall of Adam by an indeterminate time. Sin arose through the free will of Lucifer when he decided to rebel against the Creator.

ORIENTATION Hetero.

PAST / PRESENT / ASPIRATION Lucifer was born in Paradise, as we know, he was one of the first angels created by God. Lucifer, among other angels, was considered the most beautiful creature, the most beloved, Close to the Father, a majestic celestial. Lucifer represented heavenly perfection, had enormous power and the status of a seraphim, the highest hierarchy among others, he was a fiery angel, a creature of light, and his name was translated in different ways, but the meaning was not lost, he is shining, luminous, bringing light, the morning star, however, his name completely described the owner. Lucifer was still a rather strange angel, what can we say about one who considered himself superior to others, and these same others completely agreed. Pride is Lucifer's sin. When he was a seraphim, he had a very exalted appearance, had long light-golden hair, radiant eyes, and even some angels could go blind from the perfection of this seraphim, unless Archangel Michael was not very well disposed towards him. There was no side of evil as such at that time; darkness was controlled by Phobos. This suited everyone, and the light seraphim lived like this for almost 8 billion years. But something happened that made the world shudder and split into two parts... Lucifer eventually began to desire the power of the Lord, he wanted to take his place, believing that the son should eventually replace his father, this is of course absurd, but some angels thought the same... But Seraphim could not do anything yet, perhaps he lacked the determination to go against God, or perhaps something else... But the push was provided and people became this push. The Father, according to Lucifer, had a new toy, namely people, at first these same People lived in Eden, the Garden of Eden, Lucifer refused to bow to them, he was too proud for that. Too smug, he began to aggregate the angels and prepare a coup, many followed him, Azazel, Asmodeus, Astaroth... Except that his brother Karlinael, to the surprise of Lucifer, remained on the side of good... Then there was a battle... Angels fought against angels, angels killed angels, someone could not choose a side... Someone fiercely defended Paradise, someone was devoted to Lucifer. But the Lord put everything in its place, he punished Lucifer by throwing him out of heaven... This is how the first demons appeared... The war did not last very long, and it is still going on, Lucifer was sent to a strange dimension, along with all his associates, but it did not become the prison of the fallen angel, it was the Future Hell... When the seraphim fell, his appearance changed, it is believed that from the most beautiful he became the most terrible, but this is not so, he seemed to “go out.” He gained pale skin and ash-blue hair... Hell was created, and Lucifer settled there along with the rest of the demons, then certain demons joined him, angels who fell from heaven were enrolled as demons. Now Lucifer lives in Hell like other demons, sometimes making forays onto Earth.

CHARACTER Independent Lucifer is very arrogant and proud. If he spares you a glance, you are very lucky. And if he has already spoken, then he already needs to worship. Cunning and arrogance are also not far behind. He can turn everything around to suit him. Although, he always does what he needs, which will be useful in some matter. Lucifer is cruel to everyone. He hates people and angels. Demons don't matter. He lives his life, and others live theirs. He exudes coldness and complete indifference. What does he care about that poor boy? That's right, none. He looks down on everyone, because he is very proud of himself, even after he fell from heaven. It is impossible to see a sincere smile from Lucius. Only a cold or cruel smile. Usually his face expresses anger or complete indifference to what is happening. But there are moments when you can interest him, his face changes to a more animated, curious one. Again, if it provides any benefit. Understanding real feelings is very difficult. It is impossible to even see them in the eyes - doubt or fear. And it’s clear why.

PET/OWNER He used to have a horse, Mary, but she ran away, Lucifer looked for her for a long time, but then gave up on the matter.

Name: Black (pronounced with an “e”). Race: White dragon. Age: About seven centuries. Appearance: White dragon with yellow eyes. There are horns on the head, but they are practically invisible. The length reaches only fifty meters. The total length of Black's wings is about ninety meters. The body is covered with white scales, which withstand fire well and help swim under water. The tail is very long and powerful. Black's second weapon, which serves not only for balance. Strength: Breathes fiery flames, like most dragons. High speed of flight and movement, even despite its dimensions. A tail strike can destroy any structure. Understands human language, but does not speak to wasps. Lucifer himself understands him perfectly, after all, he is his pet. The dragon swims very well underwater. He can use water to attack the enemy. Character: Black is a very free and proud dragon. It is difficult to find him next to Lucifer: he constantly flies in the mountains, where no one can find him. He is loyal to his master. At the call of Lucifer, wherever Black is, he will arrive in the next five minutes. Doesn't trust anyone, doesn't come into contact with anyone except its owner. Guards the castle where Lucius lives.

Name: Besford, short Bes (with an “e”). Race: Demon Dog. Age: About three centuries. Appearance: The ears are long, more like a hare's, but they also have their own benefits. Blue eyes are slightly darker than their fur. The eyes are highlighted by yellow-orange stripes. These stripes become a little brighter when the Imp grins, and you can see its sharp and long fangs with poison. The poison is not exactly colored, but it is white in color. The coat is blue, the chest is white, and there is a small white mane, like a horse. Strength: Ears allow you to hear within a radius of three kilometers. The Demon's hearing and sense of smell are perfect. Has healing. Despite the depth of the wound, he is able to heal himself within minutes. The demon is very fast. One bite can be fatal to any creature. The poison begins to act gradually, slowly paralyzing parts of the body. He can talk, which really infuriates Lucifer. Personality: An impudent and always hungry dog. He became attached to Lucifer a long time ago, and now follows him around. Lives in his castle, but the Demon is not allowed everything. Also, many people know this dog in Hell. He is cruel and merciless. He wants to stay on Earth at least once, but Lucifer doesn’t allow it. The demon only wants to kill someone and then eat him. Yes, he has people and demons. Why not meat? Not a very nice dog. There's an insidious grin on his face. He talks a lot in vain, for which he receives a “small” slap in the face.

YOUR CHARACTER'S SIDE IS Evil.

ESSENCE Demon Aristocrat.

APPEARANCE

Lucifer is wonderful. Very beautiful and remarkable. And he's proud of it. The demon's height is 186 cm. Lucifer weighs about 85 kilograms. Lucifer is muscular, especially visible on his arms and if you look at his toned torso. His skin is slightly pale, making him look like a walking dead man. Red eyes and pale blue hair also give this effect. Straight nose, round face, low cheekbones. Hair color also depends on the lighting: at night it appears grayish, and in daylight it appears blue, and sometimes pale blue with gray strands. The facial expression is always indifferent and arrogant. There is a small tattoo behind my left ear. She is not visible, because she only appears when Lucifer uses phoenixes. Lucifer wears a knee-length black shirt. Shirt with a zipper and a large collar. It looks more like a cloak. Black gloves with wrist strap. Two or three small bags hang on the belt. Black loose pants tucked into lace-up knee-high boots. This is how Lucifer dresses before battle or in Hell. There are times when he appears on Earth in such an outfit. In general, he doesn’t bother with clothes. Rarely, he can be seen in a black formal suit. No, he won’t wear a tie or bow tie, but yes, he will wear a shirt, jacket and trousers.

STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES Physical strength. Lucifer is very strong physically. He keeps himself in shape by training every day in one of the halls of his castle. His opponent can be either a dummy or a real demon. And this demon may not survive after such training. So this guy did something wrong somewhere. Lucifer moves quickly in space. Due to the element of air, its movement is practically invisible. Also, the body itself regenerates very quickly, no matter what the wound is.

Phoenixes.

Lucifer can summon a phoenix, one of the types: fire or water. It is impossible to do it at the same time, because they will kill each other. The fiery phoenix - Di-fa - can appear anywhere. This is a kind of bird consisting only of fire. She will set fire to everything that catches her eye. He gets along very well with Black, sometimes he can even help him with the flames. Lucifer also uses Di-fa as wings: fiery wings with the outlines of feathers appear behind the guy’s back. He can also fly. But he uses this quite rarely. The second phoenix is Di-ko, a merman. You can only summon him where there is water. The more water, the better. It attacks with a strong jet of water, slightly electrified with lightning. You could say that the water will give you an electric shock. Whether it is strong or not is up to Lucifer to decide. The phoenix tattoo behind the left appears when Lucius summons one of the phoenixes. When they are gone, it simply disappears, merges with the skin. Phoenix names are very interesting. Di is the basic name, but to summon a specific phoenix, either "ko" or "fa" is added. “Ko” is derived from the word cold, and “fa” from the word fire. Hence the names of phoenixes, respectively.

Elements. Lucifer controls all the elements very well, but uses two elements - air and water. He can do whatever his heart desires with air, and the same with water. In the fire element, he can do a lot, and is very good at it, but he prefers to use his dragon as a creature of fire. Regarding the element of earth, Lucius believes that this element is not as necessary as the other three. But, nevertheless, he is well acquainted with this element.

Spells. There are an incredible number of spells in Lucifer's repertoire. Most of them are kept in his head, the most basic and important, and it is enough to say them in his thoughts. Some spells require chanting and performance. Lucifer taught all the spells in Latin, some were in other languages, but he translated them to make it much more convenient. Invisibilitatem - allows energy of various kinds to pass freely, without any distortion, through the object on which the spell is cast. Album sonitus - creates chaotic fluctuations of force in a given volume in one or several ranges (for example, sound or sound and light, etc.). It is used, as a rule, to disorient a dangerous enemy (for example, a predator), depriving him of the ability to perceive his surroundings. Cogitationis - creates a kind of mirror around the caster, reflecting any magical effects. Ventus - causes fairly continuous movement of air on a large scale at a constant speed. The duration and speed of the wind depend on the strength of the caster. Usually the spell specifies the direction in which the wind should blow. Turbo - creates a circular movement of air in a given volume of space. Caeli lancea - cross section by air flow. Retardatus (accelerationis) tempore - slows down or speeds up time in a certain volume of space. Spiritus Ignis - creates a stream of hot air blowing in a given direction. The temperature of the stream, as well as its speed and cross-section, depend on the amount of force put into the spell. Pluvia ignis - causes rain, which consists of tiny clots of flame instead of drops of water. As a rule, falling to the ground, clots of fire disappear after a few seconds (having time to ignite everything that can burn). Transmutatio - using this spell, you can turn a spoon into a knife. But Lucifer uses a transformation spell to exchange the sword for another from another group. It is enough to cast a spell in your thoughts.

Pentagrams and runes.

Lucifer is well acquainted with different types of pentagrams. When someone uses them, draws them on the ground, or they appear for other reasons, Lucifer is able to determine its type and what it represents. Lucifer himself does not use pentagrams. He has no need for them, just like the runes. But Lucius reads the runes perfectly, determines in what century they were written, be it an ancient stone found by people in the wild west. Some runes are used to cast spells or attacks. Lucifer laughs quietly at this, but remains silent. Everyone has their own cockroaches in their heads.

Blood magic. Lucifer knows blood magic very, very well, like other aristocrats of Hell. He uses classless spells for blood magic, by the way, Lucifer is able to take the blood of his enemies if they have wounds: Nionika - Creating a shield from blood, Lucifer can literally wrap himself in this shield. It is very powerful and can withstand huge attacks. Mikropolos - A spell that can change the structure of the blood from which it becomes hard like a diamond, and can cause instant cuts, also with the help of this spell you can make a lot of wounds on your body and then a thin hard thread will come out of each wound, moving at a certain pace you can injure your opponent. Katharsis - If there is a cemetery nearby, then it is possible to use dead blood, it is particularly black and can cause ulcers.

Illusions.

Another little ability of Lucifer. The demon loves illusions very much. He especially loves it when they do something for him, for example, a huge, ugly, toothy lion will tear your enemy to pieces himself, and you don’t even have to wave your hand. Here it already depends on Lucius’s enormous imagination. You can't give in to illusion. But how do you know what is an illusion and not reality? After all, Lucifer’s illusions are so realistic... And while the enemy is thinking about this, only bones remain from him. Leo doesn't keep you waiting. The main goal is to kill the enemy. But if you still managed to see an illusion in this, then it will disappear like a bath leaf. Lucius uses illusions only when he is bored and wants to have fun. And this happens very often. To frighten your victim, who begs for mercy, and then brutally tear him to shreds. Consider that whoever gets under the “hot” hand will not fare well.

Other magical abilities. Like most beings in the whole world, Lucifer can teleport. Sometimes, even with effect. He didn’t just disappear, but slowly evaporated, leaving behind colorful pollen. Or with such an effect, as if a television channel was poorly adjusted: the body first becomes striped, twitching, and then disappears completely. Lucifer is capable of moving any object, living or dead, with the power of thought. All it takes is one look full of hatred and someone will whip and print into that brick building. That's usually what happens with Besford. When he annoys Lucius too much with his talk about nothing, he flies away and breaks his spine. Bes is already used to this. But the guards and other residents of Lucifer’s castle cannot get used to this. Not all demons have healing. Can read the thoughts of creatures. But Lucifer has learned to block this “option” and no longer does other people’s thoughts enter his head. If required, he focuses on his victim with just one glance.

PLACE OF RESIDENCE

Lives in Hell, on the seventh circle. City of Deet. There is a castle of its own, in which anyone can get lost, but not Lucifer himself. He made plans for building a castle.

The castle also has underground rooms with a huge corridor in the center. From this corridor there is an entrance to other rooms. Basically these are rooms with a warehouse, as well as a small prison. You have to somehow punish your charges. The path to the castle leads to a large wide bridge with narrow towers. The castle itself is located on the outskirts of the city.

WEAPONS AND IMPORTANT ITEMS Dimension Key.

In one of the bags that hang on his belt, Lucifer has a key. The key is very small. On the ring and base is written something in an ancient language that allows you to open gates to other dimensions. The blue stone begins to glow when the gate opens. They can be opened anywhere, even under water. You open it and disappear - this is what it looks like from the outside. This key is over five thousand years old, but there are copies of this key in the castle's warehouse. The original key is kept in the lock, in the most secure place. Lucifer only has a copy. It would be bad to lose the original, and he lost this key more than once in his entire life.

Swords. In Lucifer's arsenal there are three groups of swords that he uses.

Alpha group: four types of sword, two with the same blade. Each sword has a name. As soon as you pronounce it, it appears in your hand. These swords differ only in the handle and blade. It makes no difference which one to take, the first or third sword, second or fourth. The names of the swords in Latin: the first is Mortiferum cornu, the second is Fugiens mors, the third is Accipitrem morsu, the fourth is Accipitrem Oculus.

Beta group: five different swords, not similar to each other, like in the alpha group. They differ in shapes and sizes, as well as cutouts, blades and handles. The longest and largest sword, in the middle, is Lucifer's main weapon. Uses this sword in close combat. The names of the swords: the first is Ensis-dabbl, the second is Leonis ungue, the third is Daemonium, the fourth is Audientes noctuae, the fifth is Ensis.

Gamma Group: six unique swords. It’s hard to even call them swords. Lucifer very rarely uses them, only in isolated cases. These are usually murder cases. They are also considered to be killer swords. The names of the swords from above: the first -, the second - Daemonium Bone, the third - Nigrum. The names of the swords from below: the first is Machaera-dentatus, the second is Caperent in anima, the third is Proditione. During the attack, Lucifer can change swords from any group. Here he has Daemonium in his hand and in a matter of seconds, while he was approaching the enemy, Margine rationi is already in his hand.

There is also another sword, the most useful in his work. The blade of the sword itself is long, a little more than a meter. The simple black handle fits very comfortably in the hand. There are mechanisms between the handle and the blade. They, in turn, play an important role: the blade of the sword can change shape. If this sword falls into the hands of someone, it will disappear and appear in Lucifer's castle, exactly where it belongs. These mechanisms have a small speaker. It releases a shock wave of sound at the opponent, which deals a powerful blow. Another speaker can deafen with its ultrasound.

AGE The current age is about ten billion. He looks about 23-25 years old.

Lucifer in esotericism

In the works of esotericists of the New Age, Lucifer was interpreted quite traditionally as an initially omnipotent, magnificent and perfect Spirit, who received great strength and power from God, but rebelled against him and was thrown into the underworld for this. The image of Lucifer occupies an important place in the work of the German writer, alchemist and mystic Georg von Welling (1655 - 1727) “Opus Mago-Cabbalisticum et Theosophicum”

(“On the Origin, Nature, Properties and Uses of Salt, Sulfur and Mercury”), published in 1719.

Lucifer was in the most perfect and spiritual Splendor and was following the living God, not spiritually, but majestic and perfect in absolute freedom. And so here he remained in greatness and splendor, and in him the most tender Light of Divine Majesty was endlessly observed, while many powerful angels and countless millions of spirits were completely obedient to his free will. He experienced desire within himself, and as a result of such enormous and terrifying power, he accordingly began to hinder with his own free will the influence of Divine Love-Light (Fig. 54. FB.), which was his essential harmonious Joy-Life. Instead, he sought and loved his own power outside of Divinity, within himself, captivating all his armies with whim and imagination. Because the action of the Divine Light ceased in him with lightning speed, and this magnificent radiance was completely closed and turned over in him, as well as for all the angels, armies and essential creatures of his essence who obeyed him - all this fell with him to the sphere of the Sons of God[1].

Lucifer Rising

At first, Lucifer humbly accepted the unfair treatment towards himself, but gradually his indignation grew, with which his strength grew.

Failure to recognize Lucifer as the Light-Giver by the Father and the rest of the angels prompted him to disobey. He gathered the angels and declared that he was the same as the Father and could do the same things. With this statement, he entered the path of knowledge, which turned into a war in Heaven.

Lucifer believed that he, as the Only Begotten Son of God, could not be worse than his Father, which means he can and knows no less than him. Moreover, he declared that he is the one who exceeds the Father in power, for he is begotten and not made. Here the presence of not only the Father, but also the Mother is clearly visible. While the Father is the highest principle of creation, Lucifer carried within himself two principles, the power of the Father and the power of the Mother.

Let me remind you that I am not trying to impose my point of view, I am analyzing unbiasedly what is already set out in ancient sources of information, especially since my point of view in the “Minority Opinion” mode is globally different from the one I describe in the article, but about this for another time.

For a long time he convinced the angels that they were all only servants of God and their merits would not be taken into account, but the angels feared the Heavenly Father, like slaves fear their master, and therefore only a few went with Lucifer, and the war began, and Lucifer and his army were defeated and expelled. rebel angels into the depths of matter onto the earth.

The prophet describes it this way:

The Son of the Dawn, who fell from Heaven, lost his wings, crashing to the ground, but in his heart there remained one single thought - “I will rise above the Father’s stars, may I be equal to the Most High Father.” The Most High does not even mean the Heavenly Father, but where the Father resides.

Such insolence could not be forgiven; the only thing that Lucifer was allowed to do was tempt people whom the Father had also punished for disobedience.

Lucifer in various religious and spiritual traditions

“The Luciferians”, illustration by Pierre Mejanel for the book “The Secrets of Freemasonry” by Leo Taxil, 1886.

Some Christian sects, considered heretical by the orthodox church, identified the fallen demon with the Creator God of the Old Testament. In Bogomil

The text known as the Book of John the Divine or the Gospel of the Last Supper tells that Satan was a glorified angel, but fell from heaven to create his own kingdom and become the Demiurge. He created the material world and imprisoned souls from heaven inside matter. Jesus came down to earth to free trapped souls. Unlike Christianity, the cross was condemned as a symbol of Satan and a weapon for the murder of Jesus.

The Swedish mystic Emmanuel Swedenborg (1688 - 1772) denied the existence of Satan and demons. He attributed all power to the True and Good Deity, or Lord, and asserted that there was no devil who commanded hell. He said that although the literal reading of Scripture tells the story of the fall of Lucifer, in fact the words “devil” and “Satan” simply mean hell, the place of evil and lies, chosen by those who follow the path of self-love and lack of mercy. From Swedenborg's point of view, "Lucifer" means "Babylonians."

Mormons

believe that God the Father had two sons born from the Heavenly Mother, whose names were Lucifer and Jesus (aka Jehovah). Jesus was supposed to rule the earth, but a third of the angels, along with Lucifer, rebelled and began to fight against Jesus and the angels who supported him. Lucifer's supporters were defeated and punished by the fact that they would never be able to incarnate into bodies and would forever remain spirits. Lucifer himself became Satan and from now on “walks the earth back and forth, trying to destroy the souls of men.”

Relationship with partner

In season 2, after kissing Dekker, the devil learns that she is a miracle that Amenadiel performed on behalf of God. He decides to push her away, doubting the truth of their feelings, taking it all as God's providence.

In season 3, a new hero appears - Marcus Pierce, Cain. He enters into a relationship with Chloe, which angers Dennitsa. Lucifer decides to help him leave this world in order to anger his father and push him away from Chloe, but retreats because... Decker is in danger. He later loses his "devilish appearance".

In the last episodes of the season, the fallen angel confesses his tender feelings to the girl, and they kiss. After this, he kills Cain and regains his "devil face". Lucifer decides to show Dekker his true face, which discourages her.

At the beginning of season 4, Chloe distances herself from Dennitsa. He tries to talk to her about what happened, while simultaneously dealing with the return of his first love, as well as Linda's pregnancy with a half-angel.

He becomes disillusioned with Dekker's love, mistaking her actions for betrayal. He returns to Eve, who accepts his essence. She creates hatred in him, returning him to old habits. Lucifer's angelic wings turn into demonic ones. At the same time, the clergyman Kinley predicts that Satan and Eve will create Hell on earth. Realizing that he does not like his “dark side”, he leaves his first love.

In the final episodes, Chloe accepts Lucifer and reveals her feelings, but the latter returns to Hell due to the need to restore order there.

In season 5, Dennitsa returns to fight her twin and takes her relationship with the girl to the next level.

Lucifer Dennitsa is a charismatic, attractive and charming character, giving the series a pleasant atmosphere that is fueled by serious themes and excellent soundtracks.

Lucifer, Satan, demon, devil, fallen angel - synonyms?

The devil is a “slanderer” because he uses lies to achieve his goals and accuses people before God so that they share his terrible fate. Satan is the “adversary.” Despite their different meanings, these titles of the Prince of this world are used as synonyms.

The Fall of Simon the Magus, icon.

A fallen angel can be called either Satan or any demon. However, Satan is not called a demon; he is higher than them in status, since he rules the kingdom of evil spirits. And the word “Lucifer” is actively used in this meaning by Hollywood screenwriters. Columnist for the Thomas magazine, publicist and theologian Sergei Khudiev believes:

Lucifer's abilities

Dennitsa has certain supernatural powers. He is immortal and invulnerable. He cannot be killed or injured except by divine weapons and hellforged blades. Satan has the greatest speed, strength and endurance, which is not typical for humans. Lucifer has wings, which he uses to move in space, as well as between worlds.

The fallen angel knows all the languages of the world and communicates fluently in them. He demonstrates excellent fighting skills throughout the series. Satan is able to resurrect people by descending into the underworld and taking the soul of a sinner. Lucifer is the only ruler of Hell appointed by God. He influences people by looking them in the eyes, forcing them to reveal to him their deepest thoughts and desires. Dennitsa has the ability to transform, showing a “devil face.”

Who was Lucifer before Christianity?

Mentions of a certain “evil incarnate” also existed in the pre-Christian era. For example, in ancient Roman mythology, Lucifer was the son of the Titan Astria and the goddess of the dawn Aurora . In the Aeneid it appears to be a kind of epithet for the planet Venus.

Lucifer was still in the Aeneid

In the Middle Ages, simultaneously with Christian teaching, there was an opposition cult of Lucifer (Satanism) . The Luciferists were a secret community, so it is difficult to say exactly what their cult represented even now. All information remained only within the cult and was strictly classified.

Sometimes it turned out that members of the sectarian community were also members of the Masonic lodge. Such a unification was necessary for a more productive search for artifacts that would help lead seekers to God or the devil .

Lucifer's life after the fall

Lucifer's life after the fall turned out to be much richer than in heaven; he learned the depths of matter, not only the light of heaven. And most importantly, he did not have to obey anyone’s will. The first thing he did was find a wife, who became a woman named Lilith. This fact once again confirms Lucifer as born of a mother.

According to legend, Lilith was the first wife of Adam, even before Eve. And this only says one thing - Lilith was a woman (a human, not a demoness, which is attributed to her) before her betrayal of Adam.

The legends say: - Once Lilith resisted Adam’s decrees, considering herself an equal, and not his slave, and did not want to obey him. For this she was punished by the Heavenly Father and became rejected, like Lucifer. This is what brought them together.

It is believed that all demons became the children of Lucifer and Lilith, but the main thing is that it is believed that a piece of Lucifer is in every person.

Let me draw your attention to one fact - In Heaven, Lucifer was perfection itself, his manners revealed in him God's heritage and majestic status. After the fall, he lost his wings, but not his appearance of perfection. And yet, they created the appearance of a monster for him, but Lucifer knows his irresistible appearance and understands that all the appearances assigned to him are only the fears of his opponents.

What is Lucifer's real name?

Does he have any other names besides Satan and Lucifer? Of course there is, and this list is not so short. Samael, Lucifer, Satan, Devil, Dragon, ancient serpent, cruel angel, evil angel, evil spirit from God, Tempter, prince of demons, lying spirit, evil one, father of lies, murderer from the beginning. And, one might say, his most ironic nickname is the Prince of This World. It very subtly hints at how deeply humanity is mired in vice and sin.

Satan

(- “enemy”, “slanderer”, “accusation”),
Devil
(obsolete
devil
, Church Slavic devil, ancient Greek διάβολος “slanderer”) means the name devil and Satan are one and the same, and who is Samael this is the name of Satan in occultism and in Judaism - the chief of demons, a destructive force and the angel of death. And this is the real name of the Devil and who is Lucifer, this was an epithet of Jesus Christ. This means that a person was mistakenly taken to Satan. Conclusion Samael is the name of Satan (Devil ) before the fall, do not underestimate his power. Satan is among the 9 strongest demons and the most dangerous, although it is debatable that Satan is a demon, he is most likely the angel of death who will swear all demons are in Judaism. The Devil, Satan, Samael is the most powerful demon of the fiery hyena, the lord of hell concentration of universal evil. He has a huge number of names and appearances. Moreover, in different Abrahamic religions and in different eras there are differences in his description. He is designated as a fallen angel who rebelled against the Lord. Moreover, also in the Middle Ages, the devil was correlated with Beelzebub, although this demon is also an independent creature. He has many names and, of course, is the father of all demons and is considered the most dangerous of them. Once he was close to God, but then he fell out of favor and was expelled. During the call, Satan appears to the sorcerers in the form of a small child. Translated from ancient Greek, the name of this demon means adversary, slanderer.

History of appearance

The planet Venus is a bright celestial body that can be seen in the sky only at dawn, morning or evening. The ancient Romans believed that these were two different stars, and the “morning” Venus was called Lucifer, and the “evening” Venus was called Vesper.

During the Roman Empire, the word "Lucifer" was a common male name. In IV there even lived a Christian bishop, canonized as Saint Lucifer, an opponent of Arianism.

Lucifer

The name Lucifer in Europe became firmly associated with the fallen angel and Satan only in the 17th century. The word "lucifer" is originally used in the Bible as a metaphor and only later comes to be perceived as a personal name for Satan.

A vivid image of Lucifer-Satan was created by the Italian poet of the early 14th century Dante Alighieri in the poem “The Divine Comedy”, which describes Dante’s journey through Hell and Purgatory to Paradise. There, Lucifer is a huge monster frozen into the ice of Lake Cocytus at the very bottom of Hell. Lucifer has three mouths, and in each of them the monster chews the greatest sinners and traitors of all time - Judas, Brutus and Cassius.

Lucifer is expelled from Hell

According to popular legend, the biography of Lucifer himself is also tied to betrayal. Being initially the first among the angels in Heaven, the character rebelled against the Lord and was cast into Hell along with the angels who joined him. The story of the fall of the angels formed the basis of John Milton's epic poem Paradise Lost.

External image of Lucifer

His heavenly face was perfect: he was handsome, had manners that betrayed the heritage of the Lord, his special, majestic status. His bright face illuminated everyone; it was not for nothing that he was given such a name - “bringer of light.” Greatness was added by luxurious wings, which he had larger than the others. After all, he was a six-winged seraphim - the most powerful. He radiated an angelic good nature, which was later lost among selfishness and narcissism.

After being expelled from Paradise, Lucifer's wings were cut off; nothing distinguished him from an ordinary mortal man anymore. He appeared before people in the form of a dark-haired youth with bottomless black eyes. However, in ancient paintings he was always depicted as either a snake, a terrible sea monster, or a red demon with a huge pitchfork in his hands. The New Testament indicates that Lucifer could take on different appearances on earth as he wanted.

Weak side of Dennitsa

His main weakness is his physical vulnerability when Chloe is around.
If Lucifer were mortally wounded while she was nearby, then his continued existence would be in jeopardy. This is a manifestation of his emotional closeness with the girl, which is not characteristic of angels. ATTENTION! There are spoilers ahead. Not recommended for viewers who have not watched 5 seasons.

Upon arriving on Earth, Lucifer ordered Maze to cut off his wings. However, at the end of season 2 they grow back. He tried to get rid of them again on his own in Season 3, but they grew back each time, which he had to come to terms with.

The series explores the theme of family in detail. In season 1, Amenadiel, Lucifer's brother, asks him to return and restore order in Hell, but Dinnitsa refuses to follow her father's lead.

In episode 6 of season 1, the vault with the wings of a fallen angel was stolen. Angry, Satan finds them and sets them on fire, thereby demonstrating his opposition to his father's will.

His categorical mood changes in the last episodes, when Chloe's life is under threat. He prays to God to help her in return for any request. After this, he has a vision in which God shows him that he should return his runaway mother back to Hell.

Season 2 shows all the complexities of Lucifer's relationship with his mother. Initially, he agrees with her and plans to return her to heaven so that they can meet their father and destroy each other. But later she comes to the decision to move her to another universe, where she can create a new world that does not depend on God.

Why did God banish Lucifer?

Lucifer was endowed with a great gift - personal freedom and the ability to self-determination. He could choose between mutual love for God or selfish feelings for himself. Dennitsa surpassed all angels in dignity and beauty. But his desire to become equal to God and become higher than Him led him to inevitable death.

Pride (arrogance) is a sin that underlies all actions displeasing to God and crimes. This is a feeling of one’s own superiority over everyone else, including the Lord. It was because of pride that the fall of the greatest of all angels began, and it is this sin that is the root cause of other sins.

“There is no other passion that so destroys all virtues, and so exposes and deprives a person of all righteousness and holiness, like this evil pride: it, like some kind of all-encompassing infection, is not content with the relaxation of one member, or one part, but the whole body damages with mortal disorder, and attempts to overthrow those already at the height of virtues with an extremely difficult fall and destroy. Every other passion is content with its limits and its goal, and although it disturbs other virtues, it is mainly directed against one, it is primarily oppressed and attacked” (Rev. John Cassian the Roman, “Epistle to Castor, Bishop of Apt”)

Lucifer's mother - Lucida

According to the main biblical sources, Lucifer, like any other heavenly angel, did not have a mother. All angelic orders were created by God, who, in fact, was their father.

However, most theologians of the Middle Ages and earlier times believe that angels were created not from the void, but from a primordial stellar energy called Lucida. It is Lucida who appears as the mother of Lucifer in most ancient grimoires and religious texts, many of which were considered heretical.

Subsequently, the image of Lucida as inanimate energy was transformed. This could happen either due to incorrect interpretations, or intentionally with the aim of further mystifying the image of the lord of evil, or through lengthy conclusions and philosophical reflections.

Since the Renaissance, more and more researchers of religion and the image of the devil have sought to animate him and find positive traits in him. And the image of the heavenly mother, neither good nor evil, but exclusively pure and original, became an ideal option for the authors of that time.

According to legend, Lucida represents the embodied universe, the spiritualized spark from which the Creator created all higher matters. She stands apart from the concepts of good and evil, symbolizing progress and vital energy in herself. Many scientists, seeking to move away from religious dogmas that hampered the development of mankind, often called Lucida their patroness.
