One should turn to the Ancestors and glorify the Gods, the Heavenly Family, at home and in Temples, Temples and Sanctuaries. At home we should read the appeals: in the morning, when we get up from sleep; in the evening when we go to bed; before and after eating; when consecrating food and water; when starting things and after finishing them. We usually perform our rituals at home in front of Idols (statues of Perun, Svarog, Sventovit, Veles, Mokosh, Dazhdbog, other Patron Gods of the Clans and our Holy Wise Ancestors), or in front of Images depicting them. On weekdays and on holidays, as well as on weekdays, when we are free from the actions of everyday life, we must go to the Temple (Temple) for divine services in order to hear the Holy Wise Word of God and pay due respect to our Gods and Ancestors, for we must observe two Great Principle:
It is sacred to honor your Gods and Ancestors! Always live according to Conscience and in harmony with Nature!

Tarkh Dazhdbog Perunovich - god of the Sun and fertility
Tarkh Dazhdbog Perunovich is the son of the god Perun, after whose appearance in the human world our ancestors began to call themselves the grandchildren of Dazhdbog. Tarh is one of the names of this deity. He is the grandson of Svarog, and also the great-grandson of Vyshen. However, the family tree of the Slavic gods is quite confusing. A lot of information has been lost over the years; after the arrival of Orthodoxy in the Russian lands, most of the sources about Slavic paganism were destroyed.
Statue of Dazhdbog Tarkh
The etymology of the name of this god lies in two words - “to give, to give” and “god”. In other words, the Slavs revered Dazhdbog as a god who gives happiness, prosperity and various benefits. Together with his sister Tara, he settled the Earth to make it easier for people in this world. Tarkh indicated where to locate a settlement or sanctuary, and Tara suggested how to do it. She also taught the Slavs to plant new trees in place of felled ones, so that their descendants could also build houses.
The lands on which the wards of Tarkh and Tara settled were called Tartaria - the land of Tarkh and Tara. Many clans declared themselves to be the grandchildren of the god Dazhdbog.
Dazhdbog was praised not only for his happy life and the presence of various benefits. Tarkh Dazhdbog once defeated the dark forces that, under the leadership of the Koshchei, gathered on the moon. He destroyed the night star along with the evil spirits. Of course, this was a completely different night star. Once upon a time, two moons could be seen in the skies of our world. But the one on which the forces of evil settled was split by God into two parts.

How to call on Dazhdbog to find good luck
Dazhdbog
You can call on Dazhdbog on any Sunday morning, as long as the sun has already risen. In order to ask the deity for good luck and luck, you will need kvass, light buns and honey. One bun is for you, the other is an offering to the deity, or required. Kvass is also divided into two parts.
Cover the table with a clean, light-colored tablecloth. Light a yellow or gold candle. Set the table - place the buns on a saucer, pour out the kvass. Drizzle honey over the buns with these words:
Dazhdbog, grandfather, like the bright sun, your power radiates, pours out in all directions of the world, so luck will illuminate my life, flow into my life like golden and sweet honey, and stay with me, never disappear.
After this, read seven times on the drink and baked goods:
Turn, grandfather Dazhdbozhe, good luck from north to south, and from west to east, give it a wide path - from everywhere to my doorstep. I invite you to the table and treat you to honey bread and kvass. Just as I treat you, my grandfather Dazhdbozhe, with delicious and sweet dishes, so I, who have been named (name), have a successful and smooth life, a lucky and smooth reward. I won’t be able to count money, I won’t be able to count it, I won’t need to know anything from now on, and I won’t be able to increase my wealth. Your own Castle.
Drink your portion of kvass and eat one bun. The candle should burn out completely. Take the remaining bun and a portion of kvass to the clearing as a sacrifice to the deity.
Slavic myth about the crucifixion of Dazhdbog
There are references to the fact that Jesus is the incarnation of Dazhdbog
There are references to the fact that Jesus is the incarnation of Dazhdbog. The ancient Slavic-Aryan epic indicates that Dazhdbog was not conceived in a carnal way, like Jesus. He also resurrected, after which he ascended to heaven along the legendary Alatyr-stone.
The Slavic myth about the crucifixion of Dazhdbog says that the goddess Morena crucified him because the sun god rejected her love. The crucifixion of Dazhdbog took place on a high mountain. This is how A. Asov reproduced this event in the book “Russian Vedas Kolyada”:
And she hammered an iron nail into her leg, and drove another into the other. She drove a nail into Dazhdbog's white hands. And she dropped the last nail.
It is believed that information about the nail that Morena dropped is in the Gospel. The fifth nail of the Slavic goddess of death is the tip of the spear of a Roman centurion. The centurion understood the phrase that Jesus said in his native language after he was crucified:
Or or! Lama savafkhani!
The Jews and Romans did not understand this phrase. According to the records of St. Dmitry of Rostov, the Roman centurion was a Cappadocian. Herodotus wrote that Cappadocia belonged to the Aryan or Slavic lands. The Cappadocian Scythian understood the phrase spoken in Proto-Sanskrit, or the language of the Scythians. The phrase pointed to the self-sacrifice of Jesus Christ for the sake of humanity.
But why did Morena lose the fifth nail? After all, Jesus-Dazhdbog was killed by him. After the death of Jesus, the spear became the Spear of Destiny - an artifact that is considered lost. It ceased to be an instrument of death, giving healing to the suffering. Thus, the goddess of death lost her weapon.
Attributes
The main attributes associated with the god Svarog are a hammer and an anvil - mystical symbols of the heavenly forge, where the patron of blacksmiths creates all his creations.
The animal associated with this deity is the fire boar. It was believed that it was the image of a boar that Svarog took on when he descended into Reality (to earth).
Another integral attribute of the Father of men and gods is the Alkonost bird. This is a mystical creature, a bird with a human head, considered a messenger of divine prophecies. It was she who conveyed Svarog’s commands to other gods and people.
The element associated with the blacksmith god is Fire. According to epics, it never goes out in the divine forge. It was through fire that people on earth brought demands (offerings) for Svarog.
The name of the god Svarog. Meaning
In Sanskrit there is a word etymologically similar to the name “Svarog”
—
Svaraj
, which means '
autocrat'
.
So it is, Svarog is the Almighty God and autocrat over the whole world. Also obvious is the etymological similarity with the concept of "Ishvara": icvara, which means 'god', 'most high', 'ruler'. The name of the Almighty God, who is the personification of the boundless heavens, is based on the root svar (svar-ga), which is translated from Sanskrit as 'sky', 'light'. Heaven is personified by the god Svarog, who, in fact, is synonymous with “space”
,
“Universe”
. This is Indra’s paradise, which rises on the top of Mount Meru, one of the seven worlds where the souls of the righteous go.
By the way, the word “bungle12,” etymologically related to the name of the creator god of the universe, originally meant “to create,” but the true meaning of this word was subsequently deliberately distorted.
Slavic god Svarog. The first creations of the Svarozhy Forge
The god Svarog raised the heavenly Svarga, and strengthened it above the earthly firmament, paved the way for the radiant Sun, along which the radiant Surya majestically passed in his chariot, and established the change of days and nights in our world. So Svarog created the majestic Svarga. Svarog raised the mother earth, the nurse, from the depths of the primordial ocean - on the Ripei mountains he found the white-flammable stone Alatyr and threw it into the blue sea, it foamed and revealed the dry land from the depths of its bottomless depths. However, having appeared, the created earth disappeared again in the depths of the universe, only at the behest of the god Rod, the creator of the primordial, goldeneye birds brought a piece of earth, from which Svarog molded mother earth. And life arose on earth, and the World Oak, connecting three worlds, grew to the most pure Svarga, its crown rising to the spaces beyond. Since then, the serpent Yusha, possessing a powerful force, has held the firmament of the earth on himself. This was the beginning of the first creations in the Universe...
Svarog, who forges earthly and heavenly creations with ardent heat, created the diversity of life in our Universe and filled our world with life.
The majestic divine union of Svarog and Lada enriched the world with the appearance of the gods of light - the Svarozhichs, who appeared from the sparks of the fire from above, from the Forge of Svarog. With the blow of the Hammer on the Alatyr-stone, Svarog created the light gods. This heavenly fire gave birth to the sun-faced Dazhbog, the omnipotent Perun, the fiercely flaming Firegod Semargl, the swift god of the winds Stribog. May Father Svarog bestow upon his children in the Heavenly Forge the solar shield of Dazhbogov and the thunder ax of Perunov, forged by him.
Symbol of the god Svarog
Symbolically representing the image of the god Svarog, the signs reflect his essence, which is the creative, transforming force that gave birth to the material world and the first creatures in the Universe.
One of the oldest symbols of the god Svarog is the Hagall rune, the meaning of which is the embodiment in existence, the transformation of primordial energies into an ordered structure. It was to put in order the creation originally created by the god Rod that Svarog was “called” at the dawn of time.
Also Kolovrat
, or Kolovorot, is a symbol of Svarog. In fact, the prototype of the most ancient rune is hidden in this sign, and Kolovrat is a runic formula. “Kolo” means “circle”, the essence is the original form of manifested matter, it represents the embryo, the root cause of the manifested Universe, which reflects the essence of the infinity of the universe, its boundlessness and limitlessness. The Rotating Colo is a symbol of the Sun in motion; it also carries the image of a rotating galaxy around the axis of the world, the heart of the Universe.
Another symbol of Svarog is a cross with rays spread in 12 directions
, framed by a colo-circle, rotating in a salting direction, that is, clockwise. Here there is a connection with the movement of the Sun, which along its path throughout the year occupies a certain position13. It is called the “Shield of Svarog”.
Svarog Square
- carries the original creative force and is a powerful amulet. Unlike the Star of Lada, the square, or star, Svarog is a masculine sign. This symbol also personifies the original ordering of the world order by the creator god.
Amulet-star Alatyr
14 is also a symbol of Svarog; it is a powerful solar sign with protective power. The sacred stone Alatyr is the source of all things; from it the firmament of the earth was created by Svarog.
Holidays dedicated to the god Svarog
It is believed that the god Svarog, striking the Alatyr stone with his hammer Svarog, ignites the sparks of the days to come for the new year. So, Svarog raises his hammer to the highest point in the sky on the day of the summer solstice - on Kupala, and on Kolyada, on the day of the winter solstice, he lowers the hammer on the Sacred Stone of the Universe.
Days dedicated to the god Svarog fall on special days of the year.
Summer Svarog (June 29) and autumn Svarog (October 1 and a series of holidays from November 1 to 7) are days when the power of Svarozh is revered. In particular, June 29 is the day of Svarog and Lada; the ardent heavenly fire is celebrated on this, as a rule, the hottest day of the year. And on October 1, it is believed that Svarog covers the ground with fallen leaves, and sometimes with the first snow, nature is preparing for winter and cold weather. From November 1 to November 7, the Name Day of the Forge of Svarozhy is celebrated. The time when winter comes into its own, and Svarog calls on the gods to ascend from the manifest world to the Svarog Forge until spring. Also on Maslenitsa the god Svarog is also revered, for it is believed that the gates of heavenly Svarga open when the bright gods come to the manifest world. June 3 is the Trigods Day, when the gods of Triglav are glorified: Svarog, Perun and Veles. In Rus', quite recently, at the end of the 19th century, they celebrated a holiday called “Zvorozhin” (“Svarozhin”) and on this day they glorified the god Svarog and revered their ancestors. At the festive ceremony, they elected a sorceress - “Zvorozha Baba”, who predicted the future, and also told tales about the magical distant land of Iria.
Commandments
The commandments, according to legend, sent to people from the god Svarog, concern almost all areas of everyday life. They tried to observe them so as not to anger the heavenly patron.
The basic covenant was to treat your spouses and parents with respect. Husband and wife must be faithful to each other.
All lies were prohibited - “Run away from Falsehood, follow the Truth.”
The chronicles say that Svarog sent people certain instructions about what days fasts and Great Holidays should be observed. Thus, the third, seventh and ninth were considered sacred days. It was necessary to celebrate Perun's day, the days of Dazhdbog's mourning and Kupala days. In no case should the veneration of all the other gods of the pantheon be neglected.
It was prescribed to treat old people with great respect and listen to their wisdom.
Nature had to be protected, not to destroy either plants or animals unless absolutely necessary.
Special attention was paid to moral character - Svarog commanded to raise his children correctly, instill in them kindness and be an example of righteousness and hard work.
Pride, senseless cruelty and laziness were strictly condemned.
We invite you to watch a video with the commandments of the god Svarog:
Nine Santiy Dazhdbog
Artist Igor Ozhiganov. Works on the theme of Scandinavian and Slavic mythology.
According to legends, the nine Santiy of Dazhdbog are unique sources that were given to people by the deity himself. They are usually called books, but the santias looked completely different. If you believe the legends, these were plates made of valuable metals, on which there were runic writings in the language of the ancient Aryans.
The plates were fastened together using three rings, which symbolizes the three worlds - Reality, Nav and Rule. It is far from a fact that there were only nine plates of gold and silver. There may have been nine sources of information recorded on these plates, but the exact number is unknown to this day.
Nine Santiy of Dazhdbog contained the Sacred Ancient Vedas. In addition, there were plates with instructions from this patron deity of the entire human race, as well as the commandments of Dazhdbog. The latter were strictly followed by our ancestors. Now even the approximate meaning of the commandments of Tarkh is unknown.
