To offer gifts to the gods, you should choose a special place. It is better for the Slavic thunder god to make sacrifices in oak groves or simply in front of a large powerful oak tree. The ceremony should be carried out in the late afternoon, at the beginning of sunset. The liquid is poured onto the ground, the food is piled nearby.
It is important to understand that the true requirement of the Thunderer lies not so much in the offering of material values, but in the sincere intention to defend truth, order and justice on Earth at any cost. And the overly complex Slavic prayers to Perun can be replaced with your own words.
After all, observing the exact words of the prayer is not a guarantee that you will be able to tune in to the vibrations of the deity. The most important thing when turning to higher powers is to understand the meaning of the spoken words. If you read the classical texts, you can grasp the image of the thunder god, feel his character, strength and requirements for man. If this goal is achieved, then it is enough to say the simple words “Glory to Perun!” so that the energetic connection with the deity intensifies.
The days of Perun are January 12, February 2, as well as the period from July 20 to August 2. It is believed that the most tangible results will be brought by offering gifts or praying to the Thunderer on these days.
